* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Western Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1245 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1003 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

Kenneth Harris
Celina native Kenneth W. Harris, 57, of Longmont, Colo., died March 27, 2010, at his home. Death was due to a heart attack.
He was born Oct. 11, 1952, in Celina, to George William and Kathryn Stoner Harris. His father survives in Fraser, Colo. On Sept. 4, 1976, he married Teresa, who survives.
Also surviving are two brothers, Robert (Janey) Harris, Golden, Colo., Greg (Jenny) Harris, Fraser; and two sisters, Gloria Harris, Menahga, Minn., and Diana (Larry) Hausfeld, Coldwater.
He worked as a machinist for NCAR in Boulder, Colo., and was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church of Longmont and Hope Lutheran Church of Westcliffe, Colo. He also was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2601 in Longmont. He served in the U.S. Army's 101st Airborne Division during the Vietnam War.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Longmont church.
Calling is at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Cremation will follow the service.
