Victoria Carney

St. Joe native Victoria A. Carney, 77, died March 13, 2010, at her home in Phoenix, Ariz.

She was born Jan. 21, 1933, in St. Joe, to Leo and Francis Fullenkamp.

Surviving are three sons; two sisters; 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Deceased are eight siblings.

She worked for 40 years as a nurse, 25 years in scouting and volunteered at schools and churches.

Funeral Mass was held March 20 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Tempe, Ariz.

Contributions can be made to the St. Vincent De Paul Society or other Catholic charities.
