Helen Guggenbiller
Helen R. Guggenbiller, 89, Burkettsville, died at 6:23 a.m. June 16, 2010, at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
She was born April 7, 1921, in Fort Recovery, to Bernard and Mary Fullenkamp Brockman. On Nov. 22, 1945, she married Clarence Guggenbiller, who died Oct. 3, 1994.
Surviving are three daughters, Barbara (Robert) Whitacre, Palmetto, Fla., Norma (Paul) Wermert, Coldwater, and Diane Monnin, Winchester, Ind.; two sons, Carl (Linda) Guggenbiller, Celina, and John (Dorothy) Guggenbiller, St. Henry; a brother, Melvin (Lois) Brockman, Vandalia; a sister, Marcella Koesters, Chickasaw; three sisters-in-law, Frances Limbert, Dayton, Hilda Benanzer, Fort Loramie, and Corrine Guggenbiller, Union City, Ind.; a brother-in-law, Sylvester (Alice) Guggenbiller, Fort Recovery; 22 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is an infant daughter, Marie Guggenbiller; a son-in-law, Ronald Monnin; a brother, Arnold Brockman; and four sisters, Laurine Hart, Mary Ann Buemer, Philomena Jackson and Elizabeth Hirsch.
She worked at NCR in Dayton and on the family farm. She was a member of the Altar Rosary Sodality of St. Bernard Catholic Church in Burkettsville, and of St. Paul Catholic Church in Sharpsburg. She was a member of St. Bernard in Burkettsville.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Bernard in Burkettsville, the Rev. Thomas Hemm officiating. Burial is at St. Paul Cemetery in Sharpsburg.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-9:45 a.m. Saturday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery.
