The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Dean White
Dean Francis White, 83, Celina, died at 8:45 p.m. July 7, 2010, at his home.
He was born June 19, 1927, in Midvale to Belbert B. and Helen Powell White. He also had a step-mother, Eva Kincade. On July 28, 1951, he married Patricia Kerr, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Dean "Scooter" (Pat) White, Celina, and a daughter, Bobbie (Dano) Vannette, Fort Wayne, Ind.; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Dale White and Don White.
He was a 1947 graduate of Zanesville High School and a 1951 graduate of Muskingum College in New Concord. He retired from teaching at Celina City Schools and had coached basketball, football and track at Celina, Bellfountaine and Roesville schools. He was a member of Grace M.E. in Zanesville. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was also a life member of the Celina American Legion Post 210, the Celina Elks and the Celina Moose Lodge.
Funeral services are 6:30 p.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina. Burial will be at a later date.
Calling is 1-6 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
