Adrienne Laughman, 10, of New Bremen, raises a fist in victory at the cardboard duct tape boat race held at Eastview Park pond on Saturday as part of the Celina Lake Festival. In the foreground, Brooke Mullen, 10, of Wapakoneta, comes in second. The cardboard boat race was one of two water events moved from Grand Lake to the park pond due to the state advisory telling people to stay out of the lake's water.
