* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Rita Jutte
Rita M. Jutte, 87, Fort Recovery, died at 4:55 p.m. Aug. 3, 2010, at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
She was born Dec. 17, 1922, in Fort Recovery, to Frank and Mary C. Brockman Grube. On July 10, 1946, she married Ernest B. Jutte, who died July 7, 1970.
Surviving are five sons, Darrell (Virginia) Jutte, Indianapolis, Ind., Ronald (Pamela) Jutte, Fort Recovery, Roger (Vicki) Jutte, Aurora, Ill., David (Diann) Jutte, West Chester, Elmer (Holly) Jutte, Chamblee, Ga.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are four brothers, Edward, Norbert, Richard and Ernest Grube; and four sisters, Anna Brackman, Emma Hutchison, Agnes Grube and Kathryn Fendt.
She worked as a cook at Fort Recovery Schools and Briarwood Manor in Coldwater. She was a past Regent and member of the Daughters of Isabella Circle 810 in Fort Recovery, the Catholic Knights in St. Joe and the Maria Stein Adoration Guild. She was a member of the Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church in Fort Recovery.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery in Fort Recovery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery, where a Daughters of Isabella prayer service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Friday.
Memorials can be made to the church or the Mercer County Council on Aging.
