* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Robert Goodwin
Robert W. Goodwin, 68, Wapakoneta, died Aug. 1, 2010, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
He was born Aug. 4, 1941, in Lima, to Robert E. and Grace Sollman Goodwin. His father survives in St. Marys. His mother is deceased. On Nov. 15, 1983, he married Lorraine "Anne" Temple-Becker, who survives.
Also surviving are five children, Jeff Davis, Alaska, Bobby Goodwin, Sidney, Louise Goodwin, Sidney, John Goodwin, Texas, Cindy (John) Byrd, Lima; a stepson, H. Todd Becker, Celina; a brother, Gary (Bonnie) Goodwin, Wapakoneta; and several grandchildren.
He was a graduate of Memorial High School in St. Marys and Northwestern Business College in Lima. He worked at Wright State University-Lake Campus as a custodian. He also worked as a guard for Burns Security Company in Dayton. He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in New Bremen.
Funeral rites are 1 p.m. Saturday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home in St. Marys, the Rev. Judy Ball officiating.
Calling is 11 a.m. -1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
