* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 13 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Keith LaFountain II

Keith J. LaFountain II, 18, Rockford, died at 11:13 a.m. Aug. 4, 2010, in Edgerton.

He was born May 17, 1992, in Plattsburgh, N.Y. to Roger and Yvonne Moon Patch, who survive.

Also surviving is a fiancee, Elizabeth Cardo, Sidney; three sisters, Natasha Moon, Rockford, Ericka Fisher, Rockford, and Suzanne Darryberry, Wapakoneta; a brother, Adam Fisher, Tucson, Ariz.; and grandparents Eugene LaFountain, New York, and Betty Patch, Geneva, Ind.

He was a construction worker for Hoffman Constructions in Fort Wayne, Ind.

Funeral services are 2 p.m. Sunday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford.

Calling is 2-8 p.m. Saturday and 1-2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
