HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Greenville, Celina, Wapakoneta, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery, Ansonia, Botkins, New Knoxville, Moulton, and Webster.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 105 and 110.

Helen Russell
Helen A. Russell, 85, Celina, died at 10:48 p.m. Aug. 5, 2010, at her home.
She was born March 13, 1925, in Celina, to Dallas and Anna Suhr Coats. On May 12, 1946, she married William A. Russell, who died Dec. 6, 2003.
Surviving are four daughters, Rebecca Cannon (Wilford) Burton, Breckenridge, Colo., Viki Shaffer, Celina, Peggy Jo (Dale) Borts, Dayton, and Jane Davis, Celina; four sisters, Audra Ellen (Fuhrman) Miller, Decatur, Ind., Lucille (Roger) Smith, Coldwater, Jane Frysinger, Celina, and June (Ted) Yewey, Wapakoneta; 20 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son-in-law, James Cannon.
She formerly worked at Goldstein's in Celina and was a volunteer for Celina City Schools. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church and active with its Christmas programs. She was a 1943 graduate of Celina High School.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Revs. Kim Miller and Ted Yewey officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
