* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Phyllis A. Baltes
Phyllis A. Baltes, 60, St. Henry, died Aug. 6, 2010, at her home.
She was born Nov. 12, 1949, to Gregor and Genevieve (Dues) Schmitz.
On Oct. 6, 1972, she married Carl Baltes, who survives.
Other survivors include two daughters, Julie Baltes, St. Henry, and Lynn (Mark) Lauber, Cranberry Prairie; five sisters, Elaine (Ken) Reichert, St. Henry, Carol (Liny) Hartings, Coldwater, Judy (Jim) Albers, Wapakoneta, Nancy Kanney, Coldwater, and Joyce (Denny) Borgert, Wapakoneta; and four grandchildren.
She graduated from St. Henry High School in 1968 and St. Elizabeth School of Nursing in April 1971. She was a retired nursing supervisor at Mercer Health in Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
