* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.

Luella Meyer
Coldwater native Luella E. Meyer, 81, Cedarwood Commons, Sidney, died at 9:50 p.m. Aug. 10, 2010, at her daughter's home in Sidney.
She was born April 18, 1929, in Coldwater, to Edward and Alvina Scheneking Hamberg. On May 10, 1952, she married Richard E. Meyer, who died in 1991.
Surviving are five daughters, Kathleen Richardson, Sidney, Barb (Chris) Petty, Sidney, Sondra (Steve) Wagner, West Virginia, Elizabeth Steele, Sidney, and Julie Golden, Piqua; three sisters, Thelma Miller, Dayton, Lavine Wendeln, Kettering, Joan Stammen, New Bremen; two brothers, Don Hamberg, Houston, Texas, and Tom Hamberg, Coldwater; 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister; two brothers; a son-in-law, Todd Steele; and a great-granddaughter, Jada Steele.
She graduated from Coldwater High School in 1947. She was a homemaker and volunteered at Kid's Learning Place in Sidney. She was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church in Sidney and the Altar Rosary Sodality at the church.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Dan Schmitmeyer officiating. Burial is at Graceland Cemetery in Sidney.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Friday at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home in Sidney.
Memorials can be made to the Wilson Home Health and Hospice in Sidney.
