* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Mary Bilter
Former Celina resident Mary E. Bilter, 83, Terracina Grand in Naples, Fla., died Aug. 11, 2010, in Naples, Fla.
She was born Feb. 7, 1927, in Milford, Ill., to Albert and Sarah Kessel Sites. On Feb. 15, 1948, she married Harold Ben Bilter, who died Aug. 12, 2007.
Surviving is a son, Charles (Kira) Bilter, Panama; a daughter Karen Bilter, Naples, Fla.; a daughter-in-law, Doris Bilter, Oswego, Ill.; a brother, John (Betty) Sites, Celina; a sister, Martha Van Winkle, Mount Pleasant, Iowa; three sisters-in-law, Ruth Sites, Celina, Doris Sites, Rockford, and Ruthie Sites, Rockford; nine grandchildren and a great-grandson.
Also deceased is a son, Bruce Bilter; and three brothers, Snowden, Ole and William Sites.
She was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church of Hopewell Township in Rockford. She worked at the Huffy Bicycle in Celina and Neptune Grain Elevator.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Debra Domeier officiating. Burial will be at Buck Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at the church.
