* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Mildred Winner
Mildred M. Winner, 91, New Weston, died at 10:45 a.m. Aug. 17, 2010, at Celina Manor in Celina.
She was born June 11, 1919, to Fred J. and Frances Bornhorst Poeppelman. On Oct. 15, 1940, she married Herbert F. Winner, who died May 15, 1991.
Surviving are three children, Dennis (Marilyn) Winner, Osgood, Henry 'Fred' (Mary) Winner, Osgood, and Teresa (Jim) Fishpaw, Montezuma; two sisters-in-law, Alice Poeppelman, Minster, and Lorena Goldschmidt, Fort Loramie; a brother-in-law, Virgil Arkenberg, Minster; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are two brothers, Linus and Urban Poeppelman; four sisters, Elizabeth Grogean, Theckla Recker, Bernadine Bruey and Dorothy Borchers.
She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Osgood, the St. Barbara Ladies Sodality of the Church, the Osgood American Legion Auxiliary and the Maria Stein Knights of St. John Auxiliary.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. David Zink, officiating. Burial is at St. Martin Cemetery in Osgood.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
