* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...From this afternoon to Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:40 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 13.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charlene Seger
Charlene A. Seger, 84, Sidney, died at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 21, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born Jan. 7, 1926, in Dayton to Raymond and Helen Goetz Dwyer. On June 10, 1950, she married Edward C. Seger Sr., who died Dec. 20, 2005.
Surviving are seven children, Joseph (Diane) Seger, Fort Loramie, Edward (Jody) Seger Jr., Anna, Therese (Steve) Homan, Chickasaw, Kenneth (Janice) Seger, Fort Loramie, Thomas Seger, Fort Loramie, Marian (Gary) Spicer, Anna, and Daniel (Yvonne) Seger, Fort Loramie; four sisters-in-law, Esther Seger and Rita Seger, both of Fort Loramie, Bertha Seger, Yorkshire, and Mary Ann Seger, Minster; a brother-in-law, Richard Middendorf, Fort Loramie; 29 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three infant daughters; a sister and her husband, Joan and Paul Burkhardt; a sister, Patricia Dwyer; a brother, Thomas Dwyer; and a grandchild.
She graduated from Patterson Co-op High School in Dayton in 1944. She was a member of the Knights of St. John Drill Team in Dayton. She also was a member of the Catholic Ladies of Columbia, St. Ann Rosary and Alter Sodality, The Apostleship of Prayer and the Fort Loramie American Legion where she served as president. She sang at weddings and also was a soloist at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Fort Loramie. She worked as a homemaker.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
Memorials can be made to the Shelby County Right to Life and the Fort Loramie Education Foundation.
