* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Robert Fullenkamp
Robert "Bob" Gerald Fullenkamp, 65, Coldwater, died Aug. 20, 2010, at Mercy St. Vincent's Medical Center in Toledo.
He was born Sept. 8, 1944, in Dayton to Anthony and Matilda Lechner Fullenkamp. He married Katie Martino, who survivies.
Also surviving are three children, Angie (Doug) Poeppelman, Bradford, Theresa (Robert) Heizelman, Holland, and Carrie (Jeff) Bruns, Maria Stein; a brother, Wilfred (Lillian) Fullenkamp, Coldwater; a sister, Jeannette Gilliland, Coldwater; and 12 grandchildren.
Deceased is an infant brother, Robert Anthony; a sister, Dolores Sanders; and two in-laws, John Sanders and Darlene Gilliland.
He was a veteran of the Ohio National Guard. He was a member of the St. Albert the Great Catholic Church and worked at the former New Idea plant in Coldwater and at Crown Equipment Corp. in New Bremen.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Burkettsville, the Rev. Tom Hemm officating.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. today and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
