Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Beulah Stocksdale
Beulah B. "B.B." Stocksdale, 97, Celina, died at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 23, 2010, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Aug. 15, 1913, in Farmland, Ind., to William and Bertha Long Gray. On Nov. 4, 1933, she married Emerson Stocksdale, who died Aug. 11, 1973.
Deceased is a son, Beauford Stocksdale.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Eaton and Celina.
Graveside services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Brick Memorial Cemetery in Union City, Ind., the Rev. John Parris officiating.
Calling is 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorials can be made to the First Baptist Church of Celina.
