* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Lucile Sutter
Lucile E. Sutter, 92, Fort Recovery, died at 12:30 a.m. Sept. 8, 2010, at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
She was born on Sept. 4, 1918, in Celina, to Ignatius and Amelia Gross Wellman. On June 22, 1940, she married Reuben J. Sutter, who died on Aug. 31, 1966.
Surviving are two sons, Ernest Sutter, El Mirage, Ariz., and James (Mary) Sutter, Fort Recovery; a daughter, Alice (Robert) Huelsman, Urbana; a sister-in-law, Ruth Wellman, Celina; 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are five brothers, Frank, Ernest, John, Paul and Alfred Wellman; and a sister, Bernice Killen.
She worked as a nurse's aide at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater. She was a member of the St. Paul Catholic Church in Sharpsburg and its Altar Rosary Sodality.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Charles Mullen officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery. The body was cremated.
