Scattered snow showers will become more widespread through this afternoon and then likely linger into this evening before tapering off.
The snow showers will be capable of causing brief periods of reduced visibilities, especially this afternoon. In addition, brisk conditions will prevail with west winds gusting in the 30 to 40 mph range today.
Light snow accumulations will be possible, mainly on grassy and elevated surfaces. While roads will remain mostly wet during the daytime hours, some slick spots may develop toward sunset as temperatures begin to drop below freezing.
Please be prepared for the changing weather conditions today and the potential for reduced visibilities when driving.

Harold Feltz
Harold Feltz, 70, Coldwater, died at 12:29 a.m. Nov. 21, 2010, at Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus.
He was born June 30, 1940, in St. Henry to Oscar and Anna Heinrichs Feltz. On May 12, 1962, he married Kathy Garman, who survives in Coldwater.
Also surviving are three children, Brad (Lisa) Feltz, New Bremen, Tanya (David) Kinderdine, Kalamazoo, Mich., and Missi Feltz, Moraine; five siblings, Wilbur Feltz, St. Henry, Don Feltz, Coldwater, Virginia (Earl) Schlater, New Weston, Tony (Betty) Feltz, St. Henry, and Barb (Ken) Wenning, McCartyville; two sisters-in-law, Auddi Niekamp, Chickasaw, and Jan Garman, Salinas, Calif.; and eight grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Todd Feltz; a granddaughter; two sisters-in-law, Alice Feltz and Alice Feltz; and two brothers-in-law, Fuzzy Boeckman and Don Niekamp.
He was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church and the Knights of Columubs Council 1991, both of Coldwater. He retired from Coldwater Machine.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Barry Stechschulte officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. today and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Memorials may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County in Celina.
