* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Edna Davidson
Edna "Maxine" Davidson, 80, Bryant, Ind., died at 1:40 p.m. Dec. 9, 2010, in Celina.
She was born July 12, 1930, in Portland, Ind. to J. Hoyt and Phaldelma Bennett Glassford, who are deceased. On Aug. 6, 1949, she married Robert I. Davidson, who died Sept. 24, 2000.
Surviving are two sons, Ed (Paula) Davidson and Rob Davidson, all of Bryant; three daughters, Cindy (Tom) Piper, Celina, Sandra Sanders, Bryant, and Tracy (Curtis) Johnson, Lynn, Ind.; two sisters, Mary Nevil and Mildred "Waneta" Foltz, both of Fort Wayne, Ind.; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are a stepmother, Marie Rohrer Glassford; and four sisters, Helen Glassford, Martha Schmit, Norma Spillman and Betty Hornbaker.
She graduated from Portland High School in 1948. She retired from CTS in Berne and had previously worked for United Telephone Company.
Services are 10 a.m. Monday at Downing & Glancy Funeral Home, Geneva, Ind., the Rev. Jeff Conrad officiating. Burial is at Gravel Hill Cemetery, Bryant.
Calling is 1-5 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
