* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Jack Bayles
Jack W. Bayles, 76, Bronson, Mich., and formerly of Fort Wayne, Ind., died Jan. 4, 2011, at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne.
He was born June 27, 1934, in Van Wert to Francis and Lucille Stover Bayles. In 1966, he married Virginia L. Crawford, who died March 13, 1991.
Surviving are two daughters, Jackie (Kurt) Fritz, Fort Wayne, Ind., and Tammy Bayles, Woodburn, Ind.; a son, David (Veronica) Bayles, Warsaw, Ind.; three sisters, Betty Miller, Willshire, Sandra (George) Anderson, Willshire, and Patricia (Lester) Wisener, Van Wert; a brother, Gary Bayles, Rockford; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a sister, Nada Hoersten.
He worked at International Harvester in Fort Wayne for 30 years. He also was a farmer. He was a graduate of Willshire High School in Willshire. He attended Lake Gage Congregational Church in Steuben County, Ind., and Woodburn Missionary Church in Woodburn, Ind.
Funeral services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Beams Funeral Home in Fremont, Ind., the Rev. Stephen Altman officiating. Burial is at Flint Cemetery in Angola, Ind.
Calling is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
