* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Wayne Fisher
Wayne E. Fisher, 76, Fort Recovery, died Jan. 5, 2011, at his home.
He was born Oct. 21, 1934, in Union City, Ind., to Floyd and Cecil Rickert Fisher. On Aug. 15, 1998, he married, Patricia Schlarman who survives.
Also surviving is a son, Alan (Sharon) Fisher, Union City, Ind.; two daughters, Robyn (Troy) Meyer, Union City, Ind., and Julie (Mark) Addante, Salida, Colo.; two stepdaughters, Jessica Alt, Fort Recovery, and Ashley Alt, Fort Recovery; a stepson, Justin Alt, Fort Recovery; a brother, Leonard (Janice) Fisher, Union City, Ind.; a mother-in-law, Helen Schlarman, Fort Recovery; and six grandchildren.
Deceased is his father-in-law, Gerald Schlarman; and a brother, Ted Fisher.
He was a farmer and member of Masonic Lodge 401 in Union City, Ind., the Scottish Rite, Fort Wayne, Ind., and Mizpah Shrine Temple, Fort Wayne. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Church in Union City, Ind.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Bruce Bryan officiating. Burial is at Lisbon Cemetery in Union City, Ind.
Calling is 1-7 p.m. Sunday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at the church.
