At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Maxine Starr
Maxine Starr, 94, Portland, Ind., died Jan. 6 at Persimmon Ridge Healthcare in Portland.
She was born May 21, 1916, in Portland, to McKinley and Edith Delores Bell Poling. On Dec. 21, 1935, she married Jay Starr, who died in 1960.
Surviving are a daughter, Merylin Strohl, Portland; a daughter-in-law, Janice Starr, Portland; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She worked at Jay County Hospital. She was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church and was past president of the Eagles Auxiliary.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Monday at Baird-Freeman Funeral Home in Portland, the Rev. Tim Dilley officiating. Burial is at Green Park Cemetery in Portland.
Calling is noon-2p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Jay County Cancer Society or the Jay County Heart Fund.
