Fog that has been developing early this morning will spread northeast. The thickest fog is reducing visibility to one mile or less with some locally dense patches. Motorists should exercise extra caution, slow down, and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Carlos Spitler
Carlos Spitler, 35, St. Marys, died Jan. 11, 2011, at Windy Point State Park near Grand Lake in Mercer County.
Arrangements are being completed with Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys.
