St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gladys Reed
Gladys L. Howick Reed, 92, Celina, died at 2:11 a.m. Feb. 18, 2011, at The Gardens at Celina.
She was born July 15, 1918, in Mercer County to Christy and Mary Baxter Howick. On Oct. 25, 1939, she married Joseph H. Reed, who died Dec. 10, 1984.
Surviving are three sons, Dr. Nicholas Reed, Lake Placid, Fla., James Reed, Celina, and Fredrick May, of Florida; a daughter, Susan Reed, Celina; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was employed by Huffy's Bicycle for 26 years and was a cafeteria worker for Celina City Schools.
Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina is handling the arrangements.
