St. Marys River at Rockford.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...From this afternoon to Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:40 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 13.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mercer County Sheriff's deputies investigate a two-vehicle accident along Fairground Road, east of state Route 118, shortly before 2:30 p.m. Monday. Victoria Lynn Teboe, 20, 6750 Wabash Road, Celina, the driver of the westbound 1999 Chevy Cavalier in the foreground, lost control on the ice-covered road and was struck broadside by an eastbound 1993 GMC van driven by Brenda E. Depweg, 40, 5736 Gause Road, Coldwater. Both drivers were taken by ambulance to Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater. Teboe was later transferred to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, where she was admitted in undetermined condition. Both heavily damaged vehicles were towed from the scene.
