Council creates fire vehicle fund
CELINA - Council members on Monday night passed first reading of an ordinance to establish a capital projects fund for fire vehicles.
If approved, the ordinance also would put $400,000 in the fund to replenish money taken from the fire department's previous truck account in 2010.
