* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Ethel Miller
Ethel E. Miller, 92, Wapakoneta, died at 2 p.m. April 10, 2011, at her residence.
She was born Sept. 1, 1918, in St. Marys, to Harry and Carolyn Erinfort Ashbaugh. She married Fred Taylor, who preceded her in death. She then married Arlie Miller, who also preceded her in death.
Surviving are two children: Susan Dodson, St. Marys, and William (Carol) Taylor, Wapakoneta; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are a daughter, Carolyn Ann Taylor; a son, Harry Taylor; two brothers, William and Harry Ashbaugh; and two sisters: Leona Shoffstall and Darlene Hurlburt.
She attended Kossuth United Methodist Church and had retired from Auglaize Acres Nursing Home, where she had been an aide for many years. She also did housekeeping for many families.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be directed to Grand Lake Hospice.
