An area man, already serving prison time for theft and burglary, has been indicted on charges stemming from a 2008 armed robbery at a local gas station/food center.
Johnathan R. Dooley, 21, 9219 Township Line Road, Rockford, faces two counts of aggravated robbery, two counts of robbery and one count of theft in connection with the Aug. 22, 2008, armed robbery at the Marathon station at 1027 N. Main St. in Celina. The offenses range from first-degree felonies to a first-degree misdemeanor. [More]

CELINA - Council members on Monday night passed first reading of an ordinance to establish a capital projects fund for fire vehicles.
