* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Teri Justice
Teri L. Justice, 63, Wapakoneta, died at 10:30 p.m. April 11, 2011, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. Her family also owned a residence on Grand Lake.
She was born June 25, 1947, in Lenoir City, Tenn., to Charles E. and Margaret Frye. On Dec. 20, 1980, she married Steven R. Justice Sr., who survives.
Also surviving are five children, Lisa, Angie, Jeffrey, Wendy and Steven Jr.; a sister, Vicki Warner; a mother-in-law, Bettie L. Justice; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Coyle, Mr. and Mrs. David Justice, Richard Justice, Mr. and Mrs. Donald N. Cox and Mr. and Mrs. Dale E. Justice.
She retired as a line coordinator at Honda, Anna, after 18 years service. She was a member of Moose Lodge 1473, Celina.
Service is 10 a.m. Saturday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta, the Rev. Michael Westbay officiating. Burial is at 4 p.m. Saturday at Mount Zion Cemetery, Greenup, Ky.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
