* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Larry Tomlinson
Larry Edward "Pappy" Tomlinson, 70, Celina, died at 10:43 a.m. April 13, 2011, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Aug. 12, 1940, in Stonega, Va., to Bill and Maxie Smith Lawson. His father is deceased; his mother survives in Dayton. On April 4, 1972, he married Verdie Walker, who is deceased.
Also surviving are sons, Jeff (Aliza) Tomlinson, Sycamore, Ill., Greg (Billi Jo) Tomlinson, Greenville, and Ricky Tomlinson, Greenville; daughters, Colleen Denlinger, Kettering, and Christie (Keith) Young, Celina; brothers, Rodney Lawson and Woody Lawson, both of Dayton; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Tim Henry.
He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713, American Legion Post 210 and the Moose Lodge, all of Celina. He retired from General Motors in 1991 after 16 years at Inland in Vandalia.
Service is 3 p.m. Saturday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, Rev. John Exman officiating. Military honors by the American Legion and VFW will follow the service at the funeral home.
Calling is 1-3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
