Difficult travel conditions will continue today in many locations due to the residual impacts from the winter storm. Give road crews room to work and use caution if you must travel today.

* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 12 below zero. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 28 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 6 PM EST this evening. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 PM this evening to noon EST Tuesday.

Lynn Skaggs
Lynn Schultz Skaggs, former Celina resident, died April 21, 2011, after a short illness.
She was born in 1950 in Fremont and grew up in Celina.
She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Gordon, and a sister, Gail (Eric) Woodside.
Deceased is a sister, Lisa.
She was a 1968 graduate of Celina High School School. After attending Ohio University, she worked in England and then moved to California, where she worked as a social worker.
No services will be held.
