* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Harold Keller
Harold E. Keller, 84, St. Marys, died at 2 p.m. April 21, 2011, at his residence.
He was born Oct. 7, 1926, in Nelsonville to John H. and Ada Wrightsel Keller. On Feb. 24, 1951, he married Nettie N. Barker, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Kim (Beth) Keller, Columbus; a daughter, Kathy (Dean) Baileys, Logan; a sister, Doris Conner, Logan; and three grandsons.
A graduate of Logan High School in 1944, he earned a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Ohio University in Athens. He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in St. Marys, where he was chief chemical engineer.
He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, American Legion Post 323 and the Auglaize Buzzard Baiters, all of St. Marys. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Service is 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Ed. Bray officiating. Graveside burial rites will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Oak Grove Cemetery in Logan.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
