* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Mildred Holtman
Mildred M. Holtman, 90, Celina, died at 8:50 a.m. April 24, 2011, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born July 20, 1920, in Findlay to Matthew and Ida Stuckenburg Dorsten. On April 23, 1946, she married Jerome "Jerry" Holtman, who died July 3, 2000.
Surviving are sons, Bill (Roxy) Holtman, Margate, Fla., and Robert Holtman, Costa Rica; daughters, Mary Inda, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Linda (Michael) Hess, Versailles, Janet Joyce, Sidney, Diane Behan, Margate, Fla., and Pam (Tom) May, Celina; a brother, Bill (Janice) Dorsten, St. Marys; sisters, Vera Dingledine, Celina, and Tootie (Larry) Rich, Fort Wayne, Ind.; a sister-in-law, Jeanett Dorsten, Celina; 23 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three children, Karen, Dan and Kenny; five brothers, Leroy, Tony, Lavern, Pete and Lester Dorsten; and a sister, Mary Dorsten.
A member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, she was a retired homemaker and had worked at Valley Nursing Home. She was a member of the IC Ladies Auxiliary.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Schnipke officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorials may be directed to the church endowment fund.
