Sentence for murder at least 15 years

WAPAKONETA - Gordon W. Diggle of St. Marys cried Tuesday as a judge ordered him to serve 15 years to life in prison for the beating death of another man nearly eight months ago.
The sentence was handed down by Auglaize County Common Pleas Judge Frederick Pepple just minutes after jurors found 30-year-old Diggle guilty of two counts of murder and one count each of felonious assault and aggravated robbery. [More]

An 18-year-old St. Marys man faces multiple charges after leading authorities on a six-minute pursuit along state Route 66 in Auglaize County.
Aaron T. Suttles is charged with driving under suspension and fleeing and eluding. Additional charges are pending. [More]

CELINA - With the Western Buckeye League track meet just over two weeks away, Celina and St. Marys got tuned up as the Bulldogs hosted the Roughriders and Shawnee at Varsity Track in a league trimeet.
Celina's boys and girls had dominant days, winning both team points titles. The Bulldogs' boys scored 91 with St. Marys taking second with 51 and Shawnee third at 33. The Celina girls also pulled away with 92 1/2 points as Shawnee was second at 50 and St. Marys third with 32 1/2. [More]
