Wilfred Fullenkamp
Wilfred H. Fullenkamp, 79, Coldwater, died at 11:40 p.m. April 28, 2011, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Nov. 19, 1931, in Dayton, to Anthony and Mathilda Lechner Fullenkamp. On Sept. 3, 1955, he married LillianWenning, who survives.
Also surviving are two children, Brenda Fullenkamp, Cincinnati, and Nick Fullenkamp, Dayton; a sister, Jeanette Gilliand, Coldwater; two brothers-in-law, Ray (Mary) Wenning, Coldwater, and Cletus Wenning, Coldwater; and three sisters-in-law, Vera Bruns, Winter Haven, Fla., Irene Bender, St. Henry, and Mary Catherine "Katie" Fullenkamp, Coldwater.
Deceased are two brothers, Robert Anthony Fullenkamp and Robert Gerald Fullenkamp; a sister, Delores (Clayton) Sanders; three brothers-in-law, Darlene Gilliand, Wilfred Bruns and Ed Bender; and two sisters-in-law, Dorothy (Albert) Knapke and Rosemary Wenning.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and its Men's Holy Name sodality. He was a member of Coldwater Knights of Columbus and a lifetime member of Coldwater American Legion. He was a sergeant in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial with military rites is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 1-6 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
