* WHEN...Until 215 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Kenneth Seitz
Kenneth M. Seitz, 44, Maria Stein, died at 2:53 a.m. May 14, 2011 at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born June 12, 1966, in Coldwater, to Dan and Mary Ann Severt Seitz. On March 31, 1990, he married Pam Bills, who survives in Maria Stein.
Surviving are three children, Kayla, Megan and Dustin Seitz, all at home; two brothers, Steve (Teresa) Seitz, Celina, and Mark (Lisa) Seitz, Maria Stein; parents-in-law, Alvin and Donna Bills, Maria Stein; three sisters-in-law, Carol (Duane) Heinfeld, Maria Stein, Sandy (Bill) Franzer, St. Henry, and Karen (Dale) Stahl, Celina.
Deceased are his parents and a brother, Rick Seitz.
He was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church, St. Rose, the Knights of St. John and the Marion Local Athletic Boosters.
He was a 1985 graduate of Coldwater High School and a graduate of Wright State University. He was a production manager at Crown Equipment Corp. for 24 years.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Burial will follow in St. Rose Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Memorials maybe directed to a fund for his children's education.
