* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Daniel Romer
Daniel C. Romer, 80, Memphis, Tenn., died April 21, 2011, at his home.
He was born Oct. 29, 1930, in St. Henry, to Stanley and Marie Lange Romer. In 1962, he married Joan Rapp, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Ellen (Steve) Mitchell; two sons Chris (Karen) Romer and Mark (Kathy) Romer; siblings, Flora Kohnen, Kettering, Irene Kinkley, St. Marys, Barbara Romer, Battlecreek, Mich., and Joe (Pat) Romer, St. Henry; and 10 grandchildren.
Deceased are his stepmother, Loretta Romer, and a sister, Betty Seifried.
He graduated from the University of Dayton and served with the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
He retired in 1989 from First Tennessee Bank.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, and served as Grand Knight of the St. Henry and Memphis councils. He also served as a district deputy and was the state deputy for Tennessee from 1994-96. He was a fourth degree member of Cardinal Stritch Assembly.
Services were held April 27, 2011, in Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Memphis. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Madonna Learning Center or the Holy Rosary Health Center.
Arrangements were handled by Canale Funeral Directors, Memphis.
