* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

The staff of the Mercer County Library in Celina performs a skit Wednesday at Celina East Elementary School to promote their summer reading program.
