* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Raymond Grile
Former Portland, Ind., resident Raymond L. Grile, 85, died May 28, 2011, at the Gardens at St. Henry.
He was born in Portland on Aug. 24, 1925, to Christian Fred and Bertha Alice Stults Grile. On Nov. 30, 1951, he married Nellie Hodgson, who died July 8, 2010.
Surviving are two sons, Steven D. Grile, Portland, and Wayne (Kellie) Grile, Redkey, Ind.; two daughters, Sharon (Ed) Link, Fort Recovery, and Anna M. Grile, Portland; a sister, Mildred Hall, Portland; and four grandchildren.
He was a truck driver for Farm Bureau Co-Op. He served with the U S. Army during World War II.
Service is 10 a.m. Thursday at Baird-Freeman Funeral Home, Portland, the Rev. Herb Hummel officiating. Burial will follow in Gravel Hill Cemetery.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
