* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Tina Lehman
Tina Lehman, 49, Celina, died at 2:05 a.m. June 23, 2011, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born April 9, 1962, in BeechGrove, Ind. Her father, Thomas Tierney, is deceased; her mother, Peggy Yaney, survives in Celina. On Jan. 24, 1981, she married Jackie Lehman, who also survives in Celina.
Other survivors include brothers, Tom Tierney and Bill Basey, both of Celina; and a sister, Cindy Knox, Mount Vernon.
She was a member of New Horizons Community Church, Rockford.
Service is 3 p.m. Sunday at the church, the Rev. Marvin Schwartz officiating. Burial will follow at a later date.
Arrangements are by Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
