* WHERE...Auglaize, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Occasional wind gusts of 35 to 45 mph are expected today.
Winds will mainly be out of the south early this morning, before switching to the west during the late morning and early afternoon.

Robert Godwin

Robert P. Godwin, 82, Celina, died at 3:55 p.m. June 22, 2011, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.

He was born July 10, 1929 in Toledo to Clark and Mildred Huffman Godwin. On July 10, 1995, he married Petty Welch, who survives.

Also surviving are a son, Randy Godwin, Mendon; daughters, Robin (Bob) Stause, Arizona; Karen (Tony) Russo, Las Vegas, Nev.; Brenda Godwin, Santa Ana, Calif., April Godwin, Tennessee, and Lorrisa (David) Young, Mendon; stepchildren, Druseilla (David) Sloan, Celina, and Eric (Anitra) Barnes, Cleveland, Tenn.; brothers, Ralph Godwin, Celina, and Jim (Mary) Godwin and Dick (Mary) Godwin, all of Mendon; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Deceased is a sister, Violet Godwin; and three brothers, Harry, Clarence and Joe Godwin.

He was a laborer.

Service is 1 p.m. Monday at Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars lodge, where a dinner will be served.

Arrangements are by Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
