Ronald Selby
Ronald L. Selby, 73, St. Marys, died at 6:19 p.m. June 25, 2011, in Wapakoneta.
He was born Jan. 14, 1938, in Mercer County, to J. Wilson and A. Lucille Pummell Selby. On Nov. 30. 1955, he married Marilyn R. Slemmons, who died June 18, 2006.
Surviving are children, Jeff (Jan) Selby, St. Marys, Rod (Nancy Buschur) Selby, New Knoxville, Rhonda (Ken) Boyd, New Bremen, Jennifer (Tim) Singleton, Wapakoneta; a brother, Roger (Donna) Selby, St. Marys; five grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a brother, Robert Selby.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church, St. Marys. He retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, St. Marys, and he was a veteran of the U. S. Navy.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, the Rev. Gary Bragg officiating. Burial with graveside military rites will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Auglaize County Cancer Association.
