* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

James Davis

James D. "Jim" Davis, 76, died July 19, 2011, at his residence at Grand Lake, Celina.

Surviving are his wife, Louise; children, Don, JD and Nan Davis Huckeriede; sisters, Joanne Ginter and Jeanne Smucker; brothers, Jack Davis and Junior Davis; and three grandchildren.

He was a teacher in the St. Marys school district for 28 years and served as state representative for the 81st district for 10 years. He also served as president of St. Marys City Council.

Private family service's will be held.

Memorials may be made to St. Marys Community Foundation/Jim Davis Scholarship Fund, 146 E. Spring St., St. Marys, OH 45885.
