* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Emerald ash borers have infested this ash tree on Sunset Drive near the village park in Coldwater. Nearly every community in the Grand Lake area has reported infestations in ash trees - the only species the destructive bugs inhabit.
