Southwest winds will increase this morning with the passage of a strong cold front. Southwest winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 to 45 mph expected this morning into the afternoon before diminishing toward evening.
These gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.

Dale Fleming
Dale E. Fleming, 67, York, Pa., died at 11:46 a.m. July 25, 2011, at his home.
He was born May 14, 1944, in Rockford, to Ivan D. and Lorraine Frahm Fleming. On Jan. 11, 1964, he married Natalie Z. Zeigler, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Michael A. (Robin) Fleming, West Jordan, Utah; a daughter, Lisa F. (Peter) Brenneman, Mechanicsburg, Pa.; three sisters, Rosalie Hughes and Janet (Rex) Emans, all of Rockford, and Sharon (Jim) Myers, Lima; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was a retail manager and self-employed contractor. He had attended The Ohio State University and was a member of Mount Zion United Church of Christ and the White Rose Masonic Lodge.
The cremated remains will be buried at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Zion UCC, 1054 Ridgewood Road, York, Pa. 117406 or to the Cancer Patient Help Fund, c/o York Health Foundation, 912 S. George St., York, PA 17403.
Workinger-Semmel Funeral Home and Crematorium, York, handled the arrangements.
