* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are expected this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will briefly be as low as 10 to 15 degrees below zero.

Landen Phlipot
Landen Thomas Phlipot, 3 months old, New Bremen, died July 30, 2011, at his home of natural causes.
He was born May 3, 2011, to Joey and Jessica Pohlman Phlipot, who survive.
Also surviving are a sister, Hailee, New Bremen; grandparents, Ted and Diane Pohlman,Yorkshire, Tina Phlipot, Piqua, and Andy and Brianna Phlipot, Minster; great-grandparents Clete and Rose Dirksen, Darke County, Gene and Mary Lou Phlipot, Minster, and John and Sandy Eilerman, Minster; and godparents, Brittney Homan and Otto Schwieterman.
He was baptized and was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, New Bremen.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Tom Manabach presiding. Burial will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery, Minster.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at the church.
Memorials may be made to a fund being established for Hailee Phlipot's education.
