At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Karl E. Allmandinger
Karl E. Allmandinger, 78, of Troy, formerly of Celina, died at 7:38 a.m. Aug. 5, 2011, at his residence.
He was born Feb. 9, 1933, in Mercer County, to Karl and Chloa (Smith) Allmandinger. On June 1, 1952, he married Helen M. Howell, who died May 20, 2006.
Surviving are two sons, Keith (Gayle) Allmandinger, Crystal Lake, Ill., and Kevin (Arienne) Allmandinger, Pickerington; three daughters, Deborah (Mike) Ehler, Greenhills, Lorna Allmandinger, Blacklick, and Karla (Tom) Yenney, Troy; two sisters, Norma Shaffer, Celina, and Marcella Buel, Friendswood, Texas; 15 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
He was a 1951 graduate of Celina High School and a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Hopewell Township, where he served held leadership and stewardship positions. He served as board of directors secretary-treasurer at Mercer Savings Bank and was a member of the Mercer County Healthcare Foundation. He served as a member of the Celina City Schools Board of Education. He retired from Mercer Savings Bank and Celina Insurance Group.
Services will be held 10:30 Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Debra Domeier officiating. Burial will be at Buck Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Monday and 9:30-10:30 Tuesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorials may be made to the church memorial fund or Hospice of Miami County.
