* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 724 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Sidney, Piqua, Bellefontaine, Kenton, Ada, West Milton, Versailles, Covington, Newport, Bradford, Anna, Fort Loramie, Jackson Center, Forest, Russells Point, De Graff, Pleasant Hill, Botkins and Lakeview.

Michael L. Fisher
Michael L. Fisher III, 11, Fort Recovery, died Aug. 4, 2011, at his residence.
He was born Feb. 12, 2000, to Michael and Melody Stephens Fisher Jr., who survive.
Also surviving are his siblings, Devon Stephens, and Adam, Kurtis and Mia Fisher; paternal grandparents, Mike (Charlene) Fisher, Fort Recovery; maternal grandparents, Lydia Stephens, Bloomington, Ind., Danny Stephens and Barry Stephens, Indianapolis, Ind.; great-grandparents, Shirley Wine, Ridgeville, Ind., Dortha Dean Stephens, Indianapolis, Martha Fisher, Fort Recovery, and Mary King, Seven Mile.
Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at Cornerstone Baptist Church, Union City, Ind. Burial will follow at Springhill Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Monday at the church.
