* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 724 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Sidney, Piqua, Bellefontaine, Kenton, Ada, West Milton, Versailles, Covington, Newport, Bradford, Anna, Fort Loramie, Jackson Center, Forest, Russells Point, De Graff, Pleasant Hill, Botkins and Lakeview.

Theresa Frilling
Auglaize County native Theresa J. Frilling, 54, Hastings, Fla., died June 12, 2011, at her home.
She was born Aug. 21, 1956, in Auglaize County to Charles and Dolores Frilling, who survive in St. Marys.
Surviving are children, Jeffrey Epley Jr. and Theresa Fitchpatrick, both of Sidney; a fiance, Dennis Buschgans, Hastings; two sisters, Judy (Wayne) Fortenberry, of Texas, and Mary Jo (Daniel) Schmiesing, Maria Stein; and four grandchildren.
A gathering of family and friends was held June 19, 2011, at Lookout Park, Anastasia State Park, Fla.
A memorial to celebrate her life is 9 a.m. Aug. 20 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, McCartyville.
St. Johns Family Funeral Home of Florida handled arrangements.
