* Until 945 PM EDT.
* At 857 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Waynesfield, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.
* Locations impacted include... Ada, Fort Shawnee, Cridersville, Alger, Waynesfield, Mcguffey, Uniopolis, Jumbo, New Hampshire, Huntersville, Walton, and State Route 195 at State Route 235.
This includes I-75 in Ohio near mile marker 118.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Ada, Alger, Waynesfield, Mcguffey, Jumbo, Huntersville, Walton, State Route 195 at State Route 235, and New Hampshire.

Mary Hertenstein
Mary Hertenstein, 83, rural St. Marys, died at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 8, 2011, at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community.
She was born Aug. 16, 1927, in Jefferson Township, to Don and Florence Glass Chivington. On Nov. 9, 1947, she married Harold "Lefty" Hertenstein, who died Oct. 28, 2008.
Surviving are five children, Craig (Katie) Hertenstein, St. Marys, Kristina (John) Yancik, West Alexandria, Jeffrey (Linell) Hertenstein, St. Marys, Jodi Hertenstein, St. Marys, and J. Douglas (Rachel) Hertenstein, St. Marys; two sisters, Wilma Chivington, Lexington, Ky., and Doris Chivington, St. Marys; three in-laws, Thomas Brodbeck, Archbold, Sue Chivington, Lima, and Robert Knatz, St. Marys; 11 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are siblings, L.D. Chivington and Anna Brodbeck.
A 1945 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys, she was a homemaker and assisted her husband in operating Kossuth Feed Mill for many years.
She was a member of Walnut Grove United Methodist Church and was a volunteer at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.
Private family services will be held with burial in Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Memorials may be made to Cancer Association of Auglaize County or to Grand Lake Hospice. Condolences may be left at millerfuneralhomes.net.
Arrangements are being handled by Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys.
